Synopsis:

Follows the story Pim Fortuyn (Jeroen Spitzenberger), Ad Melkert (Ramsey Nasr) and a split society after the horror of 9-11. The political establishment is shocked by the stormy rise of the flamboyant newcomer Pim Fortuyn. PvdA party leader Ad Melkert, the main contender in the elections, sees how the political game is changing rapidly under the influence of the idiosyncratic populist Fortuyn. What follows is an election campaign that is unparalleled.
